My name is Katarina Pejčinović (pronounced Pay-cheen-oh-veech). I am a PhD student and National Library of Medicine T15 fellow. My current academic home is the Division of Informatics, Clinical Epidemiology and Translational Data Science at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). Before coming to OHSU, I received my B.S. and M.S. in Bioengineering from UCLA. Currently, I am interested in causal inference and uncertainty quantification methods, with applications in evaluating AI trustworthiness and generalizability for healthcare applications. I also enjoy mentoring undergraduate and high school students to make STEM more accessible and fun. You can find my educational materials under the tutorial section.
