I am a PhD student and National Library of Medicine fellow in the Division of Informatics, Clinical Epidemiology and Translational Data Science at Oregon Health & Science University. Before coming to OHSU, I received my B.S. and M.S. in Bioengineering from UCLA. Currently, I am interested in developing and using methods to quantitatively and rigorously evaluate medical AI fairness and trustworthiness.
In my admittedly short free time, I like to do martial arts, go birding, and draw! I also enjoy mentoring undergraduate and high school students to promote STEM passion from an early age. Alongside my scholarly work, I also posted some cool data visualizations. Whether you are a stats or a bird-nerd, all are welcome!
